I felt like sitting underneath the tripod today.
As a bonus to using a unique angle, it was easy to focus. On manual focus, I just held my left hand out at the approximate level my face would be at once I was sitting down, focused with my right hand on a forgiving ap (usually between 3.2 and 5 for self portraits, while I’d usually shoot at 2.8 or lower) put the camera on interval timer shooting and ta-da.
Oh, good. I was wondering if you’d been using a different focus technique for all these self-portraits. Thanks for sharing!
I love the first one. Your eye is so sharp and the composition is fun.
These all look so good. You cant even tell they’re selfies. Thanks for the tips!
I have always wanted to try under my tripod! Maybe this week :O)
