Pin ItDay 1- I procrastinated, then wandered the house looking for interesting light. Eventually, the battery in my camera died. I took that as a sign that I’d shot enough (and that I shouldn’t procrastinate quite as much tomorrow.)

We went on a tour of the Jelly Belly factory today. Good tour, not so good lunch. The boys were thrilled with their free baggy of jelly beans, though!
The photography community, and the world at large, lost a beautiful women recently. Jen Burgess Thompson passed away from cancer this past week and will be missed. As a tribute, the women of the CM Daily Project decided to take pictures with our kiddos and post them. Jen was a big advocate of being in pictures
We spent a few nights away from home and this little guy got his first taste of a big boy bed. He was a fan, slept through the night and thinks he’s ready for one of those beds at home. We’ll see…
