After dinner we took a quick driving tour of the surrounding neighborhoods to look at Christmas lights.

[portfolio_slideshow; thumbs, true] We watched Santa arrive on an airplane on base today. Neither boy had ever sat on Santa’s lap, but surprisingly they were both thrilled with the experience! There was also face painting, balloon animals, presents, crafts, live music, hot dogs, popcorn and cotton candy. Quite the party.

He decided to protest my “no” in a pool of pretty light. Documenting real life, right?

Somehow, he and Grayden took 410 pictures in the span of a few weeks. There were some fun images in that bunch, but man, did I miss LR for culling through all of them!

He’s really careful to handle the ornaments delicately… most of the time.

We’re quarantined at home… both boys have eye infections :( So, we went for a walk after naps. The boys were so happy to run around in the vacant lots and get some fresh air and exercise.

Poor dude. He likes to read, though.

Lots of sick going on in this house and I didn’t pick up my camera today.

Grayden plopped his hard hat on his head and then brought one to Dada who was putting up a new coat rack. You can never be too safety conscious.

He’s so happy in the shower. And he has yet to figure out how to get into any trouble in there. He might just be spending the majority of his near future in the shower. :)

This morning Isaac was inordinately quiet in the living room while I was in the family room with Grayden. After awhile I went in to check on him and asked what he was up to. Isaac- Making a party! Me- For who? Isaac- For Grayden. (walks over and takes Grayden’s hand) Come on Grady; come

On the road and didn’t take out my camera… had a little time to play with the iPhone, though.

Poor little dude has a stomach bug (or something) today and has been feeling pretty crummy. Christmas decorations have been going up today and he was pretty excited to play with a pair of 3D glasses that show the word “Joy” on any small light source.

It has been raining. Seemingly without end. But, there was a break and the trees seemed to glow with the rays of sunshine.

We attended a 90th birthday party for an amazing lady, today. Happy Birthday, Grandma Lucy!
