And it has gone by entirely too fast. I love this stage… the sporadic little giggles, obsession with feet and general smiley-ness completely steals my heart each time a baby of mine reaches this age. So darn cute.
The last of our household goods were packed into crates and loaded onto trucks, today. After a final cleaning, we said goodbye to our home of 3 and 1/2 years. Many good memories have been made in that house, but as a military family, we have learned to hold the past in our hearts, but
I bought a bundle of flowers at Trader Joes with my only purpose for them being an incentive to pull out my macro lens for some therapy. I love working to convey mood with inanimate objects, while calming and centering myself at the same time.
Another activity to go along with Lentil– whittling. The kiddos had a fantastic time ‘whittling’ their soap blocks. And then they had even more fun making a soapy, bubbly mess as we cleaned up the leftover bits!
