Over Christmas break my brother and I set a photography date. He has just recently (within the past 7 months) started shooting on manual mode and I’m so impressed with his photography. Apparently, I’m thoroughly accustomed to warmer climates and didn’t even consider the need to pack extra layers for sunset, on top of a hill in windy Portland, during a cold snap. It was not a comfortable hour spent waiting for that sun to drop below the horizon!
